To update to WB0 First install Release 11 (W99).

To install W99:
You must do the 899 first and then the w99. 
Create a folder on thumb drive called firmware. 
Save both firmware files within this folder. 
Start with copier powered off. 
Power on copier. 
After copier boots up install thumb drive into the port to the right of the touch panel. 
Enter service mode by going to counter, display keypad, stop 00 stop 01, password is 92729272. 
Forward to the second screen. 
Touch firmware tab. Highlight the firmware file (remember to do the 899 file first). 
Hit execute. 
After upgrade is complete copier will reboot. 
Remove thumb drive, power off copier and repeat steps for the other file.


Once W99 is installed, WB0 can be installed.
